At TravelKyo, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for experiences booked through https://travelkyo.com.

By booking an experience with TravelKyo, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled experience and receive a 100% refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


2. Cancellations Within 7 Days

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the experience, your booking is non-refundable.

This policy allows us to plan experiences, reserve time, and prepare for your visit.


3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time and do not contact us in advance, your booking will be treated as a No-Show.

In this case:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • The experience cannot be restarted.
  • The booking cannot be transferred to another date unless approved by TravelKyo.

If you believe you will be late, please contact us through WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that the experience can be delayed or restarted.


4. If TravelKyo Cancels the Experience

Although uncommon, TravelKyo may need to cancel or postpone an experience due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public transport disruptions
  • Safety concerns
  • Unexpected operational issues
  • Medical emergencies
  • Force majeure events

If TravelKyo cancels your experience, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Reschedule your booking to another available departure date at no additional cost.

The choice is entirely yours.


5. Rescheduling by Travelers

If you wish to change your travel date, please contact us as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the experience will be considered based on availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the experience cannot be guaranteed.


6. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

If you arrive late:

  • Contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email.
  • We will do our best to assist you.
  • However, if the experience has already started or a significant part has been missed, we may not be able to restart the itinerary or provide a refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

The exact time depends on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

TravelKyo is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.


8. Payment Gateway Fees

If a payment gateway deducts non-refundable processing fees, those fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Whenever possible, TravelKyo will clearly communicate any applicable deductions before processing your refund.


9. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen.

If you experience exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Serious illness
  • Medical emergency
  • Family emergency
  • Other unforeseen events

please contact us as soon as possible.

While refunds cannot be guaranteed outside our standard policy, we will review each case individually and try to provide a fair solution whenever reasonably possible.


10. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

If this is not possible, TravelKyo will discuss an alternative refund method with you.
